What are the EXACT music files supported by the a990

On the profile it says "music player". What exactly does that mean? what music formats can it support?
AND most of all...is it a pain in the rear to put music on other than the V-music?
Please help this could determine if I get this phone or not.

It supports WMA and MP3s. It only supports WMAs on the music player. Supprts mp3's on this secret menu.
