how many text messages can this phone hold?
categories being
1) text messages
2) pix messages
3) flix messages

and i found a neat trick to putting your own ringtones on your phone with ONLY your memory card and a computer.
1) format it
2) find a clip to use as a ringtone
3) put it in the 'my sounds' folder of your formatted memory card
3) show the extensions of known file types (i.e. mp3, wav)
4) change extension to .mid
5) ignore warning
6) it should work but may be a second or two slower than when it is in the phone itself

Thanks for the directions. My 2 year contract is up soon and I am hoping they drop the price of this phone. Either way it seems to be a great phone even with all the new phones posed to come out soon.
