auto pic resize
Just got the a990. Great outdoor pics, BUT, why, when I take a pic at max resolution, does it resize it automatically? The pictures I get via email (the only way I know to get them off the phone) are never larger than 1600x1200.
Is there a different way to get pictures off the phone? A setting I'm missing?

I have solved my own problem, and for anyone else who was wondering the same thing, here's my solution:
I bought a 2gb Micro SD card from a Verizon store ($99) and the USB adaptor ($25). I can insert the card (metal connectors face UP, there's a slight springyness to it when you have it right, then use the flap to hold it in place), and you can take any size/quality pics directly onto the card: in the camera options, go to settings, memory, and select card. With this card (and at the highest possible resolution) you can take ~5500 pics (compared to a possible ~150 pics with phone's built in memory).
To transfer files to a computer, just plug the card/adaptor into a USB slot; it acts just like a flash stick. In fact, it is just a flash...
