I have sold a couple of these phones but I havent actually paired one up with a bluetooth headset yet. I have experienced the problem your'e experiencing though, and it may be caused by your volume control. If you have the phone and headset volume both all the way up, that could be the cause of the problem. Try adjusting the volumes while you are on a call and see if that helps.
