Damn straight. Definitely a departure from the usual Samsung silver flip.

I got to play with one at samsung traning a couple of weeks ago.

Fast and easy, its a great little phone, problem is the front shows finger prints extremely easily.

Whatcha talking about?

If you look at Samsung's lineup, most of their phones are BLACK!

This phone is no exception.

Why not??? everyone wants more for their money... I had the a930 which is a mid-range phone and that phone had a lot of high-end features including expandable memory...

This is a FREE PHONE with new contract. Features aren't that great? Bluetooth, camera, Readylink, all for free.... sounds pretty good to me. And, unlike the latest Sanyo phones, it actually looks halfway decent. Attractive, even.

This isn't even a mid-range phone - it's a low-end phone set to compete with the likes of the Z520a, etc. It looks purty darn good.

ok i know were not talking sanyo here but, The 5500 is an Awesome phone But, I use Speakerphone Technology quite Often, and The Speakerphone on the 5500 is Not Full Duplex, only one Person at a time can talk and when you start to talk and even if they have just a Little Noise In the Background, It Clips your Voice, the Only phone i have Used and Owned Is the Z520a which is Full Duplex. So sorry to get way off Subject but, my question is is the speakerphone Like that OF the 5500? i have been Given this phone with a NEw Account and was wondering if it is like that???
