Freezing issue

Does any one actually have one of these phones that they have used for at least 2 months with out ever taking the battery out? I think this is a well built, feature packed phone and I'd love to use it if it weren't for the freezing issue.
I received three of these phones on a shareplan. Two of the phones had software version T53VZV02 and one had T53vzv03. All three had the issue that requires the user to remove the battery and reboot. Rebooting the phone once daily as some suggested did not prevent the phone from locking up.
I called LG customer service about the issue. They said that it was a software problem and said Verizon would have to deal with it. Verizon has received other reports of this problem but as far as I know does not...

I have had my phone for at least 2 months now and the phone has not froze even once. I have software version T53VZV03. I constantly use the phone with the Jabra VBT135 Bluetooth headset and have already been hacking the phone software to load up my own ringtones and other features. I honestly believe this is probably one of the best designed phones that LG has ever made with non-media features combined with Bluetooth. The reliability, sound quality, and batter life is truly perfect.

Keep asking Verizon for something that they can do to possibly fix your issue (or even just replace the phone outright).
