But in looking at GreatCall's Web site and in contacting their Customer Service, I am very disappointed. Their FAQs about the phone and the service are not detailed and when you contact them, they can't even tell you what I found on this Web site: specs on phone. Even Samsung's Web page about this phone contains less than this Web site.
The response I got from them was an email copy of the FAQs. They won't reveal their carriers so I can find out about their coverage area, although I did eventually find this info on the Web.
The owners of this company have vast experience in the wireless industry. You would think that they would know that if I want to buy this for my mother, I would want to know the answers to the simplest of questions about the phone and the service.
