Ok, as soon as I got mine (48 hours ago) I began to notice issues.

Now, I can not use GPS, I have rebooted twice but get the following error within 3 seconds of hitting 'start' in Pocket Streets:

HP provides a program:

HP IPAQ Quick GPS Connection

(I got it from HP Getting Started CD that came with my phone.)

Install the program.
Connect to the internet (via active sync, edge/gmrs, or wifi).
Run the program from Start->Settings->Connections->Quick GPS Connection and click on "download now".

This application downloads timely data about the GPS satellites that enables your GPS to find your location faster. I get my location on Pocket Streets within a few seconds.
