Recover hw 6945 GPS program

Dec 31, 2007, 9:39 AM
I deleted the GPS program via ActiveSync. I moved my maps to a simm but the program did not find them. I thought I would have to re-install the GPS program. So I deleted it on the phone. Well, I can't find it on my Getting Started CD. Or at least I don't recognize it. Can someone help me get that program back so I can use my GPS? HP is no help. I bought a refurb unlocked and they don't recognize me as the 2nd owner.

My US hw6940 came with Microsoft Pocket Streets 2006 (build It must be on the ROM because after doing a hard reset it was still there. The hard reset will clear out all your customization and user data and user programs - backup what you need first. I think some non-US hw69xx came packaged with TomTom - lucky folk.
