Casio G'zOne Type-V
Speed dial bug?
Tried a Type S for a couple of weeks, but took it back and got the Type V instead. Don't use Bluetooth, and the wimpy speakerphone on the Type S was a dealbreaker for me.
(BTW, I'm one of those people this phone was designed for - I'm in construction, and my last LG phone lasted all of 6 months. I don't like stuff stuck in my ear when I'm working, hence no BT, but if I gotta answer the phone, I need to be able to turn on the speaker and keep use of my hands. Digression over...)
Anyway, I had uploaded my contacts list from the type S to VZW's backup service, then downloaded it to the Type V.
That's fine, but when I go to set my speed dials, the pointer is off in the contacts list or something. Some entries don't show up, or the wro...

got type v few days ago same problem .... (just trying out the phone so far)
they way i was able to do it:
go to contact,
select name you want to set up as speed dial,
press edit,
scroll down to the phone # field,
press options (bottom right),
select 1 (set speed dial)
select your speed dial location.

Hey thanks. I thought I tried looking for that option (since it works that way on the type S that I had before) and was thwarted. I may have been looking for that option under the contact name, instead of first scrolling to the number I wanted to set.
But that worked perfectly.
