Replying to:  V195? Not so fast... by lovetoflyfish   Sep 25, 2006, 7:48 PM

The sync and backlight always worked for me. As for the check/uncheck, that's there to show whether you connected the call or not. The numbering and inclusion of the one...yeah, maybe a little unnecessary, but it never bothered me, especially since I could just hit one button and it'd display the whole number. ONE BUTTON. I have texted with my eyes closed and never had a problem with that.

And yeah, this is two years in the future...two years that passed by like a whirlwind, and let me tell you, this little ol' phone never once let me down. I've dropped it, gotten it wet, talked until the cows come home...never had a problem. A couple of weeks ago I lost it when it dropped out of my holster during a festival...someone returned it a week later (had already ordered an upgrade phone) and not only was it on, but it was intact, worked fine, and the battery was still fully charged (I hadn't even charged it for a couple of days before I lost it!) Now, when it dropped, there were only two places it could've dropped: a river or solid pavement/concrete. Not too many phones can survive something like that.

Bottom line: your "issues" are quite minor quibbles. No offense, but if you think you made the wrong choice for a phone based on that, then you should reevaluate your spoiled standards.
