No longer able to send ringtones to phone, help!

I've had my Lg 8300 for a little over a year and up until about 2 mo's ago, never had a problem sending ringtones to my phone thru the vzwpix way (file no longer than 30 seconds, file no bigger than 400kb and in mp3 format)Now when I send the file, it never makes it to my phone. Anyone else having this problem? If anyone has found a work-around for this, please let me know!
