Ringtones to MP3 playlist?

Trying to get the mp3s i sent via email over to my mp3 list so i can play it on the outside, help me out🙂 thx.. been trying to mess with it and figure it out but cant. 👿

btw i've already enabled mp3s by...

by pressing menu/0 7times/go to music setting and enable.

Just trying to get the ringtones into the mp3 playlist.
