what the heck is "RF"??
I see people using the phrase "RF" frequently. what the heck is "RF"?? Radio frequency? If so, then how can people say that "the RF sucked" on such & such phone?

They are referring to the signal strength of the phone or its sensitivity to the cell towers.
Remember your cell phone is not really a phone in the true sense but a radio looking for a signal from a cell tower etc.
