camera delay / volume issues / grainy pictures / video length

Can anyone verify that there is no picture delays, volume issues, or "grainy" picture taking as there was with the 8100?

Also is the 1 hour video limit true for non-flix messaging video?

still a little delay, not nearly as bad, picture qua;ity about the same, and yes 1hour limit for non flix messages
