>send vcard to another bluetooth capable device

>save up to 1500 photos

>coming soon, vznavigator via get it now on 6/13

also video is listed to have two separate modes. flix messaging mode limited to 15 second clips and general mode up to 1 hour of video.

i'm not sure if i was the only one but...

Why does it say dependent upon the sell of the vx8100, but also say 6/13 is when it's scheduled for release?

6/13 is when the vznavigator option will be ready. this sort of implies that the 8300 will be ready before then but that's not a definite.

So it will at least be released by 6/13, or might it still be released after that date?

it only implies that if it is released before the 13th the navigator option won't be available yet. they're not hiding the release date from us. they're just letting the stock of the 8100's decide when they release it.

Well I asked to say this........as long as it will be released by 6/13 and not sometime afterwards. Thats my concern. I hope that the vx8100 sells out well before then. If not, I wonder if it just won't be released until after June 13th, if the Vx8100 is not sold out by then.

verizon wants to sell phones. as soon as they get low on the 8100's they'll start shipping the 8300's. they're ready to go except for the vznavigator.

VZ NAVIGATOR is a great feature, currently only available in the Moto V325, which I have.
It woulds like the the $1000 GPS Navigator systems available in expensive cars, or like Hertz's "NeverLost" system. This feature allows you to let the phone give your step by step directions from your location, to wherever you're going. It will show you a map, show you where your next turn is, and call it out, e.g. "turn left in .5 miles at main st." It's great at determining the fastest route.
It's great to use when your travel out of town, or just to find places in your own town without the need for mapquest or a map. It has a GPS locator on it, and knows exactly where you are at all times. It will also tell you nearby restaurants, ATMs, hotels,...

Actually, VZNavigator is now available on the Motorala RAZR V3c with a software upgrade as well as the LG-VX9800. It is a really cool feature & definitely comes in handy when in an unfamiliar place or if you are like me & could get lost going around a tree!
