Did you record the voicedial "tag" through the bluetooth device? If not, then that may be why the voicedial fails.
I had this problem; I recorded all my voicedial tags through the phone's mic. When I'd try to voicedial through the included handsfree headset included with the W300i, it would never match. This was solved by re-recording all the voicedial tags using the handsfree set.
