A> It is pretty loud depending on the ringer you choose. The default ringer is like you stated...kind of gets louder as you go. But another default ringer was very loud. I downloaded a green day song and it was pretty loud at 5 so I had to set it at level 3 or 4.

A> I got it yesterday and talked for about 2 hours trying it out - at home and in the car. Both were good and no dropped calls. My old phone dropped calls but it was a software issue with the phone from what I understood. But after talking over an hour to my mom...no dropped calls and reception was great.

A> It is clear and decently loud. My old phone was the V400 which had terrible ear volume. This is better than that. My car tires are loud when on the highway and I could hear everything that was said to me on the phone. I also turned the radio up to mid-level and rolled the windows down and could still hear. Even though it is loud enough and louder than my old phone, I would still like to see it go up two levels higher in my opinion though. I mean it is good for me but I think they should allow it to go a little higher.
