because of the side volume button and camera... that's it... and............................. just to throw my 2 cents in... why is Cingular allowing ANOTHER hot phone to be released with an STN screen.... the LG ptt that just released had and STN screen. I will NEVER own a phone that has that poor of a screen on it...... It doesn't make any sense... why cut cost on screen instead of memory or something. The main damn thing people look at on a phone is the screen. They are going to charge premium price for this phone when clearly it doesn't deserve it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! I hate knowing I cannot honestly sell this phone as a 'good' phone knowing it has such a poor screen on it.........
