I couldn't disagree with this use any less. The buttons are huge, and you'd have to have hooves to have a hard time with them. The only issue that I could see is that you can't always tell which button is which without looking, but you're running into the same thing with the RAZR.
The lights are *NOT* a big deal at all, and if this is an issue, it can be overcome simply by flipping the phone over so that it lays on its front (which is what I do).
I've had great success with reception and this phone. Not sure why that guy was having so much trouble.
At any rate, the RAZR isn't even in the same league as this phone. If you are looking for a flip phone with Windows Mobile 5, and something to play media/games/applications on, and you have Cingular service, there is no doubt this is the phone you should be getting.
