The one review (so far) says this phone uses different accessories than other HTC phones. I understand it uses a different memory card -- does anyone know if it uses the same mini-usb jack for charging/sync'ing?

it uses the same jack for everything - only has one - but it isn't a conventional mini-usb jack it is a proprietary ultra flat jack. however, I got a mini-usb to weird usb convertor cord (from expansys I think) and it works for both synching and charging

The jack is proprietary. Its similar to a mini-usb but is wider and thinner.

The 12 Pin to mini USB was discontinued by expanse. Don't know why or if someone else is making one, but thought I'd tell you what the web sites (expanse & mobilplanet) said.
