HTC 3125 / Smartflip / 8500 (Star Trek)

Hi. I just recieved a replacement 3125 cause the other one broke. I want to know if there is a way to save the text messages inbox to my storage card so that I can transfer them to the new phone. I cannot find an "easy" way to do it, but I am hoping someone knows where the file is located on the system so that I can transfer that.

Any suggestions? There's a bit of urgency here since I need to send back the old phone...
