Just wanted to let everyone know that Cingular has this phone until at least March 31st for $99.99 on their website. You have to pay $199.99 for it, but then they send you a Visa debit card worth $100, which you can most likely put back in your bank account. It does not mention having to have a data plan anywhere, but you may want to check first.
Up until yesterday, they had a rebate form on their website for the phone that did not have the phone listed on the rebate form! I wanted to order this for a relative (I already have one), and I called Cingular to let them know about the issue.
