October 9th is the latest date I heard. There are demos in selected stores already and a cuuple of people on Howardforums.com have one.

Oh boy!! This is now getting confusing, tmo reps on the phone now say Oct 9, yet the people at the tmo stores at my local mall say Oct 2 😁

Stopped by a local tmo store today they said their shipment got delayed now until November. Called Customer Care they are still saying it should be in stores October 9th, and that upgrade availability online & through CustCare is still listed as "to be determined". But they said if they have one in a store I will be able to upgrade there.

Just passed by my local store and the guy there had no idea when they were getting them in. He just said "soon". 🙄

Display models are in my local stores and per store rep phone is officially released tomorrow, 10/9/06, but it will be special order only thus none for purchase in stores. I'm in MD...

That seems confusing. Customer care said it would be available IN STORES on 10/9 and then it would be available to order by phone or online sometime later ("to be determined" is what they said). So it sounds to me like we still won't be able to get it tomorrow.
