Nokia 6126 / 6131 / 6133
Today is the day for the 6133
Well today is the day the Nokia 6133 is supposed to be available in T-Mobile retail stores. I hope they are right. I stopped in 3 different stores in Maryland last week and nobody knew anything about the phone yet or if & when they were getting it. Even as recently as this past Saturday, one store still had no info. T-Mobile customer service responded yesterday to an email I sent them with this:
"With the information that I can see in my system it shows that the Nokia 6133 will be available through all retail channels by Monday September 18th. No stores I have checked in Maryland have it yet. Went into 2 in Annapolis, and called Glen Burnie, Arundel Mills, Columbia, & White Marsh none of them have it yet. Cust service's answer was that they didn't get shipped to this area yet and it would be atleast another 3 days. Also the cust service rep said there was 2 different versions being released, one that is HAC (hearing aid compatible) and one that is not. She was not clear on which one was being released first. Also they said it would not be available to order online or by phone for a couple weeks, that it would be in stores first. So at this point all I can do is keep checking the stores.

On Howardforums.com one of the SELECTED stores received a demo 6133 today. The rep said he LOVED it and can't wait to buy one for himself.
It is also now listed on the models on my-tmobile.com. This phone IS coming to t-mo. It is not going to be like the 6126 on Cingular, which was cancelled.

There was also a demo model at the Southcenter Mall in Seattle, however the shipment of Nokia 6133 has not arrived yet. The rep said it should be coming within next two days

One of the people I talked to at the store in Annapolis mall said she was told they were just supposed to receive the demo first also.

Here in MD spoke with T-Mobile store rep yesterday evening. Said he saw phone for the first time last week when the Nokia rep was in the store. Stated that usually they get the demo two weeks before they get an actual shipment of phones to sell. T-Mobile store rep predicted they would have their demo in early October thus not actual models to sell until middle of the month.
