If you go to the Best Buy web site, and click on weekly adds, they have a cell phone add available to look at. This phone is listed for Cingular in that add, through Best Buy.

Called best buy and they dont have it in stores or online. But the ad said that prices are good through Sept 30th and on the cingular rebate sheet it says rebates valid through Sept 23rd. So my prediction is pre-sept 23rd we'll see this phone

Called Best Buy today. They said it's not in stock yet but should be in within the next week or so.
