problem w/camera feature
has anyone experienced problem with the camera and video feature on this phone? mine just showed while picture, funtion buttons are grey out, phone freezed for about 10 seconds, then it said operation failed.
my phone came w/o microSD. perhaps that might be the cause? even when i plugged in microSD card it still didn't work.
help!

I had the same problem. I couldnt take a picture with the lid open. The phone would sometimes reset or freeze with an operation failed message. I noticed I kept turning on the camera while the phone was in my pocket, thought maybe it messed up the camera function so I set a shortcut to the key lock, but the camera still kept messing up. I tried changing all the camera settings, phone settings, phone software reset. Nothing worked.
The strange thing is the camera went back to normal after a while. 🙄
