Flash message and video ring tones

Anyone know what a "flash message" is? It is an option on this phone in addtion to the standard SMS and MMS? And anyone use the video ringtones yet? Know where to get them or how to create them on a computer?

A flash message is a message that will just pop up on the phone so they see the msg right away and then it's deleted and i dont think they can be saved.
