Not all songs show up in the Walkman player....why?

I use a Mac, and transfered the songs from Itunes to the 810 like a disk, and only about half of them show up. If I look in the My Stuff/Sounds folder, all of the songs are there, but the ones that won't show up in the Walkman player have a blue diamond next to them. I thought that these were the ones that I purchased through Itunes(which won't show up) but some of them are songs that I burned from CD into Itunes. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Possible reasons:

1. You did not use the disc2phone program that comes with your W810i to transfer songs from your MAC. Try doing one song and see if it will list back the other songs you have.
2. It could be a DRM(Digital Rights Management)issue on the files from your Itunes.

I had this issue before when transfering mp3 to the W810i like a drive but after doing #1, it listed everything back. I hope this helps.

I thought that disc2phone was a PC only application.

You're right..my bad. Disc2phone is for PC only. I've read somewhere that for Mac users, you can try Phone Agent: http://www.macmedia.sk/pa.htm

or Isync: http://mobile.feisar.com/

goodluck.
