Going to get mine now! I was at the mall and thought about checking the store but didn't even check, came home read this now I have called around and many stores do have it! Some got yesterday some today, most only got 3-5 phones..
The price is $219 and then you get a $100 Mail-In-Rebate..one guy who didn't have it said he would give it to me for $199 if he ordered it on Monday, but I found another store that has it tonight for $199 and the $100 MIR. Gotta pay the $18 upgrade fee too

I just called the Cingular store in San Jose and they quoted $349.99 with a $50 MIR.

In the NYC area it's $99 on Cingulars web site with a 2yr sign up including $50 rebate and $50 on line discount.

Just got mine a little while ago! Took a chance and called a couple of local Cingular stores, and one recieved it in yesterday, that's all it took for me, I was there!
