Will work in Florida for Cingular?

Ok, so I didn't see this phone on Cingular's web site. If I purchased this phone online would I be able to hook it up when I move to florida in a few weeks? Is there anything I should look for when getting this phone if it works for Cingular in Florida? thanks

Yes its not yet on Cingular. Many are waiting for Cingular to carry it and it will probably be within the next two months....but thats a maybe. W810i is a GSM phone and Cingular's network here in US is GSM so it should work. Getting it online perhaps unloked will work just fine. If Cingular carries it, chances are it may be locked.

As long as Cingular has coverage in your area it will work fine. Buy it unlocked, plug in your sim card and then go to the SE site and get the wap and message settings sent to your phone. It's that easy.
