Hey. I'm debating on the Rokr e2 or the 810i. The E2 is not yet released in the U.S. and the release date has been pushed back ever since the 1st quarter. I used 2 call Moto and they would tell which month it is set for. Now, they can't give not so frank "I don't know". I'm ready 2 say forget it. Been waitin since January. The 810 I am very impressed with but on a cnet review (http://reviews.cnet.com/Sony_Ericsson_W810i/ 4505-6454_7-31661177.html) the bad part about it is that "it suffers from staticky call quality and glitchy music transfer software. Also, it lacks a Bluetooth stereo profile, and the integrated memory is limited to 20MB." I would like to know, how is the call quality for you? How do u feel about having to use headp...

The call quality is excellent on my 810. I don't mind using regular headphones at all. The 810 uses the memory stick duo pro which is available up to 4gb. So the internal memory is not really an issue. Music transfer can be done by drag n drop. No software required. I think most people install opera mini and use it for the browser. Is it worth it? You should be able to pick one up for around $350. Only you can decide that. I love mine though.

If the bluetooth stereo profile is really important you could wait and get the K790a. I have the K800i which is the same phone as the 790i and it is also an awesome phone.

i love my w810. i have tried everything thats out there(almost). the call and signal quality is excellent as far as i can say. Music transfer like he said, simply use drag and drop from your comp to your memory card(i got 2gig). its a lil slow but not bad at all. i use 3gp transfer as well so i can watch movie in here too..not bad at all!!!!

If you take the card out and use a card reader the transfers are very fast. I think the phone only supports usb 1.1

Awesome. Does anyone have the Cingular service? I want it with Cingular but the Cingular Rep. was telling me that the internet may be affected.

i use it with tmobile. it should work fine with cingular, considering that they are about to come out with it anyway. you might just have to call tech support and have them send you settings for MMS and internet..thats all..🙂

I'm with Cingular and it works great 🙂 As far as the internet? Sweet thing is, you can go to "Internet Services" got to "Settings" and it sends all the settings over the air after going through selection of service provider and all that jazz 🙂
