Samsung SGH-D807 / D806

I'm going into my final day(s) of my 30 trial period with my Samsung D807. I love the phone, hoewver there are a few quirks that bother me. First and foremost, I find myself "babying" this phone. To me it seems so fragile and with the black and chrome finish I find myself constantly wiping it clean of dust and fingerprints. I am also condidering a SLVR L7. Anyone's opinion SLVR L7 vs. D807? I prefer by experience I like Samsungs, but the L7 is very eye catching and seems more durable.
