For anyone that has an A930, if you could please take a moment and check out our specs... (the Info tab above) If you see any missing bits you can help with, and/or any mistakes, please take a moment to send us a correction using the link at the bottom of the specs page. We'd be most grateful. Thanks! 🙂

The camera is only 1.3 megapixel, the main display is not QVGA, the outer display is not color, no stereo Bluetooth, it's not a smartphone... there are tons of ways this could be high-end, and it's simply not.

A memory card slot and EVDO used to mean high-end, but that's just not the case anymore.

I'm certainly not trying to slight the A930, just give an accurate view of where this fits in the current landscape.

What do you mean by "stereo bluetooth"? do you mean bluetooth in general?

The A2DP Bluetooth profile supports stereo audio. Only a few newer phones support this, but it's obviously a nice feature for a music phone.

It's actually something this phone was rumored to have, but from what I can tell the final version does not have it. ☚ī¸

I should add...

Even most entry-level phones have cameras these days, and now Bluetooth is making its way into low-end models as well. What defines a "mid-range" phone is really very different from just a year ago.

I'm actually really happy with it being mid-range. I just got the a970 a few months ago and felt it was way too much... I don't need music and video, for one, but it seems lately like I'm the only one who feels that way.

This feels like an incredible phone, love the look (though black will take getting used to), love the lower-budget front display.... and yeah, Bluetooth and such are just becoming more standard. I'll take it!!

this phone is sleek, professional looking, and I love the black...look how hot the blade looks for Sprint.

I have the phone. It's nice, only drag is the wma songs, the phone does not seem to accept mp3s, also I don't see any way to have voice memos, those are the only 2 errors on the specs that I see. Bluetooth is mono the manual says. Sars rating 1.42 a little high but that kind of thing doesn't bother me.
