Samsung SCH-A930

mm I was messin with my Nam n the same thing happened.. cept I have a lock on my phone, so when it restarted I had to enter my passowrd.. but my p/w changed! I tried everything.. the last four digits spiel n such and I ended up calling verizon -who said i should take it into a store.. which I did, and they said there was nothing they could do about it and to go to the samsung website.. which was absolutely no help.. so then I called samsung and had to talk to some guy i couldnt even understand for like an hour.. anyway long story short i had to get an entirely new phone! grr.
