Come on, Please Help Me

How do I get songs onto my phone using my computer and an SD card? I dont understand the WMA or mp3 thing? Can I drag songs from iTunes into the My Music folder on my SD card? Can someone please help me with this?

Sadly, it only takes WMA format (which is why I'm considering getting a SLVR).

1. Do you have a Music Essentials kit?

2. Is your computer a Windows computer? And if so, Do you have music stored on your windows Media player?

I dont have a Music Essentials kit. Well, actually I have no idea what that is. But I do have Windows Media Player. I put music on my computer from CD's and transport them to iTunes. Should I take them from iTunes to Windows Media?
