Samsung SCH-A930

I have a a930 i ordered and got activated on a prepaid account, i bought the music kit and everything for it, but its not syncing with windows media player 10 i dont know whats wrong...

but i was wondering is there a way to use bitpim to put a couple songs directly onto the phones main memory? and do they have to be mp3 or wma to do so?
