A930 & Bluetooth PARTIALLY COMPATIBLE???
Are there any 930 users out there who are using Bluetooth headsets where you have not had a problem pairing your headsets with your phones but when it comes to making a call through Voice Activation -- "Say a Command" -- it does not HEAR your request and then after Voice Activation repeats its prompts, but not hearing you, it aborts your request after numerous attempts on your part???
Please respond if you have experienced this or something similar. [Thank you zetter44 for your help so far; and if you have any further developments, please share.]
I called Verizon's *611 to find the status of the "Trouble Ticket" that the 2nd tier Tech Support person last week had said that she would put in. But the 1st tier had no record of a "Trouble Ticket" being submitted. They did have a record of an e-mail being sent to the next higher level of tech support, but neither they nor I have had heard anything from that department. I then requested some kind of update from them on the status of their investigation. I still have not heard.
