USB Connection
Need some help with USB connection to a PC. When I hook up the cord it will not connect the phone and the PC. I can put the card in a card reader and it works fine. I returned the cord to Verizon after talking with tech support, but the new one didn't work either. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, and I get a message saying I can't sync up. I also cannot see the phone if I go to "my computer", but I can see the card in a card reader. I replaced the cord already too.

i had this problem and the only way i solved it was to reinstall windows. i don't know what was wrong w/ it. i talked to a tech guy for hours on the phone. i bet if you try it on another computer it probably will work. mine did, so the only thing i figured was something was wrong w/ my comp. good luck to you.
