Created voice recordings into ringtones?

I created my own voice recording and was hoping that the phone would recognize it as an option to be used as a ringtone. It shows up in my sounds, but when I go to change my ringtones for the phone it is no longer there...any help would be appreciated.

Also, is there a quick key to make the phone go just to vibrate only? That way I don't have to go and do that through the tools menu everytime I want to put my phone on vibrate only.

for the vibrate only mode: press the volume down rocker (on the side of the phone) when the phone is flipped open until it says 'Vibrate Only' mode.

if you have a memory card then you're set. Record what you want, then name it so you know what it is, then renamke the extention to .mid and then the sound will show up in your sound options. My phone now says HEY everytime I get a text. Kinda funny....
