Sound problem??

When I'm talking to someone on the phone, it seems like when I talk, the other side is complete silent. This isn't the case, as I told the person on the other line to play some background music to test this.

But when the other person is talking, I can hear the background noise and everything. But when I speak, the other side is complete silence. So I don't even know if the person hung up, or if they are getting what I'm saying. It sounds like the other person's voice keeps cutting in and out.

Does anyone have this problem?? I was wondering if it's just my phone, or this is how the Samsung A930 works...

Maybe a bluetooth issue? Are you using a headset? If so, check the "master volume" in the phone itself and/or maybe remove and re-add the headset; Menu, Tools, 7. Bluetooth

I had the same problem, I posted a thread about this 2-3 weeks ago. Someone said its a noise filter or soemthing. But it was annoing me so I checked my brothers fone and he dindt have that issue. SO i went into verizon today and gave it to them. After 2-3 hrs of trouble shooting, they determined it was defective and issued me a new phone no questions asked. Just tell them when 2 people are simultaniously talking you cant hear on your end. And on my receipt the reason for the exchange is WARRENTY, POOR AUDIO.

I still havent tried out my phone yet. So good luck!!
