Can anyone tell me if this bluetooth works with Acuras? The Acura website says currently testing, but the other Samsungs, like the 970 don't work.

Works fine with my '04 TL. Just follow the directions in the owners manual.

What sort of functionality do you get with your Acura and the 930?

Does it mute the radio when a call comes in?

Does it display caller id info in your car's radio display?

Yes, it mutes the radio...in fact the radio and the phone have separate volume settings (the phone needs a higher setting) so you don't have to change the phone volume once you set it.

Also, the car "tells" you in either a female or male voice that you have an incoming call. I don't think the main radio display shows caller id info but I have the non-navi version. I've also never looked at the MID to see if it displays a number.

Overall, I really like the setup. The ease of use and convenience is excellent.

Hope this answers some questions.

Yes it works but it doesn't display any info like signal, caller id, or battery strength. A little complicated to set-up, but once it works your always good to go.

Some folks have used a cheap OBEX enabled bluetooth phone they purchased used - no service required for it - just sync your phonebook to the phone, then use that phone to sync the phonebook to the car reciever. Viola - now when your crippled Verizon phone sends the phone # to the stereo, the stereo can displa...
