Does it mute the radio when a call comes in?
Does it display caller id info in your car's radio display?
Also, the car "tells" you in either a female or male voice that you have an incoming call. I don't think the main radio display shows caller id info but I have the non-navi version. I've also never looked at the MID to see if it displays a number.
Overall, I really like the setup. The ease of use and convenience is excellent.

I knew that the a930 from Verizon has the OBEX features of Bluetooth crippled (Thanks Verizon, you boneheads)... but I had hoped the 'hands free' protocol permitted the transmission of the caller id info (at least the phone number) to the car reciever.
If it is displaying the phone #, then its just a mater of getting the phonebook into the car radio. Some folks have used a cheap OBEX enabled bluetooth phone they purchased used - no service required for it - just sync your phonebook to the phone, then use that phone to sync the phonebook to the car reciever.
