how to sync songs from CPU to SD memory card??

Can someone please help me with the SD card? Can someone tell me very exact instruction to sync music from CPU to SD card?? PLEASE I NEED HELP

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Uploading music onto the SD card from your computer? Are you putting Windows Media Audio files or MP3 files onto your card? Please explain in detail what it is you're having trouble with. Thanks!
