Incidentally, with regard to question Number Two, I got the following answer from an email directly to NOKIA tech support:
You cannot adjust the ringing volume while the fold is closed. You may adjust the ringing volume by following the steps bellow:
Menu > Settings > Profiles > Normal > Customize > Ringing Volume
That's really terrible. So, I'm gonna walk into a meeting and instead of turning down the volume of my phone's ringer fromt he outside, I'm gonna open it and hit: Menu > Settings > Profiles > Normal > Customize > Ringing Volume
Oh, well, that's easy enough (NOT!).
I think I'm taking this thing back this week. Maybe for a MOTO V557 or a RAZR (unless a bunch of you out there talk me out of those telling me I'm crazy!
