Ringtone Question

I don't know if it's me or the phone, but whenever I set something as my ringtone, when I get an incoming call its not the one I set. I've tried to change it numerous times but it still won't work. Has anyone else had this problem?

you have to set it up in groups. if you dont want groups, you can go to "Menu-8-4" and see the groups and put everyone in one group and use the ringtone for that.
