newbie...Need help!!

..hey there im kat..iv had a kyocera strobe for about 2 months now...i have metro i have bluetooth and i can connect to other phones but i cant upload a image or a song from there phone it says connected we put our passwords in and then what??? nuthin!!! lol help me im a tard..
