You sound like a absolutely terrible wireless rep. .. You're not the only peron on this site who sells Sprint service. Its all about matching what the customer wants, you said that, so why are you whining? Its not redundant at all. It has a small form factor, but its not a wide, thin phone like the a900 and its not a chunky hammerhead shaped phone like the a920. Sorry, but you don't understand marketing at all. The whole point its its form factor. If its feature overlap other models, then that's fine, but if that's the case then the a560, 2300 and pm-125 overlap, the 3100, a840 and pm-225 overlap and practically every other phone ever created.
What it comes down to is, I don't care how good you say you are at selling, people will buy a phone that they like how it looks as a huge selling point and this phone delivers with a sleek and stylish entry EVDO handset that we've been waiting to sell PowerVision with for a while.
