Choose your computer os and then choose the modem usb connection manager.......{second down?} This driver will connect the phone to a pc as a modem or for bitpim/others that you want to view files on your phone. Although, your computer should automatically recognize the memory card as a drive onto itself..........without a driver. Menu>Tools>USB Flash Drive>menu>yes......This only connects pc+trans memory card........not pc+phone files...........check to see that your memory card is inserted and correctly, or maybe your os is far outdated..........me
