I must be the only one having problems with this phone. I bought one and had battery problems so I went in and got a new battery. It still would not hold the charge very long so I went in and got a new phone. It still can not hold the charge ... does anyone know why that is? Do I have something on that is draining battery life?

You're not the only one. I bought this phone a week ago and for the first couple days the phone wouldn't even last a day even without doing more than a couple text messages and maybe a 5 minute call. I knew this was abnormal so I brought the phone back on Thursday and they replaced it. The new unit seemed to be better, yesterday I listened to music a ton, used the fm transmitter for about 2 hours total, talked on it, text messaged all day, and by the evening it still had 3 battery bars. I went to bed and this morning the phone was dead. It went all day of using it and only went down one bar, yet in standby doing nothing sitting beside my bed (not searching for service, we have great service here), it flew through the last 3 bars and die...

Under normal use, the battery should last forever.
I recently put it to the test...
4 hours of music ( volume on high )
Bluetooth on
GPS on
30 minutes of talk time.
Phone lasted 12 hours before it lost all of the charge.
Normally, 2 hours of music, 10 min talk time, and bluetooth for a few hours, I can go 3 days without a charge

I didn't have too much of a problem, per se, but if you use the web and music player, you will run the stock battery down in a day.

After I bitched, my wife bought me an LG extended battery for my Fusic. It was kinda spendy ($35, I think), but well worth it.

I ran the music player for nearly 10 hrs straight the other day, as well as making calls and surfing the web, and it is only down one bar. The extended battery seems to be about 3X stronger than the standard one.

I recently purchased this phone and am having the same problems. Very low battery life, and no it is never looking for service and I do not use the mobile internet or have GPS enabled. It will also lock up once in a while when playing music or using the FM transmitter. On top of that I called sprint and they sent me a new one and it does the same thing! Only now it locks up when i txt message instead of using the music functions. And it has the same battery problem, I have hurd scattered reports of the batery problem but I must have bad luck to get it on 2 different phones. I wonder if sprint will give me a different phone when I call up this time.

I'm having the same problem. I've had the phone for 4 months. Periodically, the battery would go dead very quickly, but now it's happening a couple of times a week. Then this weekend, I couldn't recieve incoming calls. Someone sitting right next to me tried to call the phone and nothing...not even voice mail or missed call. But I could call her. I took the battery out, put back in and all of a sudden I'm ringing again. I don't get it. I'm taking the phone back to where I purchased it tonight to see what can be done.
