Yes, You manually set it up. Your access number is *99# and no username or password. Leave everything else automatic. Then, on the last section, you will enter the following for ther modem init. string:
If you have VPN:
At+cgdcont=1,"IP","internet3.voicestream.com"
Non VPN:
At+cgdcont=1,"IP","internet2.voicestream.com"
You may have to do it twice, but it will register. Hope this helps :-)
